The FBM Emotion VIP program is built to recognise and reward the players who keep coming back. As you play more across live casino, sports betting, slots, and eBingo, you move up through exclusive tiers — each one unlocking better perks, faster service, and privileges that regular members simply don't get.
At FBM Emotion, we understand that long-time players deserve more than just access to the same games everyone else plays. The VIP program is our way of saying thank you — a structured, tiered rewards system that grows in value the longer you stay active on the platform.
The program works by tracking your activity across all game categories. Whether you're spinning slots late at night in Manila, following live PBA odds in Cebu, or settling in for a long baccarat session from Quezon City, every genuine play session contributes to your VIP standing. The more consistent your engagement, the higher you climb — and the more exclusive your benefits become.
Unlike some loyalty systems that are difficult to understand or even harder to actually benefit from, the FBM Emotion VIP program is designed to be transparent and fair. You always know where you stand, what it takes to move to the next level, and exactly what you're earning along the way. There's no confusing fine print designed to take away what you've worked for.
VIP membership is available to all registered players who meet the activity criteria for each tier. You don't need a special invitation to start — just sign up, play, and let your activity speak for itself.
Every player starts somewhere and grows from there. Each tier at FBM Emotion comes with its own set of perks — and the rewards get significantly better as you climb.
Tier perks and eligibility are subject to terms and conditions. Visit the Promotions page for current details.
There's no complicated application process or special code required. The VIP program is open to all registered FBM Emotion players. Here's how it works from day one:
Register for a free FBM Emotion account. Verification through KYC and OTP ensures your account is secure from the start. All new players automatically enter the VIP program at Bronze level.
Fund your account using your preferred local payment method — GCash, Maya, Philippine online banking, or bank transfer. All transactions are in Philippine Peso with no conversion fees.
Every qualifying game session — whether it's live casino, sports betting, slots, or eBingo — contributes to your VIP activity points. Play what you enjoy most and let the points add up naturally.
As your points and activity reach the threshold for the next tier, your status upgrades automatically. You'll be notified when you move up, and your new benefits activate right away.
The benefits are real and tangible. Here's a closer look at what being a VIP member at FBM Emotion means in practice.
Gold-tier and above members skip the regular queue. When you contact support, you get faster response times and dedicated agents who know your account history.
Higher-tier members see their withdrawals processed with priority. Less waiting around for your PHP winnings to reach your GCash or bank account.
Instead of generic promotions, VIP members at higher tiers receive offers tailored to their gaming preferences and play history. More relevant, more valuable.
Platinum and Diamond members are assigned a dedicated VIP manager who handles your account queries, bonus requests, and feedback directly — no ticket numbers needed.
Select live tables in the Live Casino section are reserved for VIP players. Enjoy baccarat, roulette, and blackjack with higher bet limits and a more exclusive feel.
Eligible VIP members may receive cashback consideration on net gaming losses during qualifying periods. Specific rates and eligibility are outlined in the Promotions section.
Being a VIP member doesn't lock you into playing just one type of game — it enhances your experience across everything FBM Emotion offers. Filipino players know that variety matters, and the platform delivers exactly that.
Sports bettors following the PBA season or catching late-night NBA games will find the Sports section fully accessible with live in-play odds. VIP members who prefer sports can make the most of higher-limit parlay bets and faster payout processing when they win.
Live casino fans at VIP level get access to selected premium tables where the stakes and the experience are both higher. Baccarat is a consistent favourite with Filipino players, and the live dealer rooms at FBM Emotion stream in HD with professional dealers. Roulette and blackjack rounds are available around the clock.
Slot players benefit from VIP cashback consideration, which means a portion of unlucky sessions can be offset over time. With hundreds of slot titles spanning classic three-reel games to video slots with bonus rounds, there's always something worth spinning. eBingo sessions run regularly and are open to VIP players at all tiers.
No matter which game you prefer, your VIP status travels with you across the entire platform. You don't need to switch accounts or opt in separately — the benefits apply automatically once you've reached the relevant tier.
Most Filipino players access FBM Emotion from their smartphones — whether they're on the commute, at home, or taking a break during the workday. That's why the entire VIP experience, from checking your tier status to claiming bonuses and contacting support, is fully accessible from the FBM Emotion mobile app or browser.
The Android and iOS apps give you a clean, fast interface to track your activity points, view your current VIP tier, and see which perks are available to you right now. Push notifications let you know when you've moved up a tier or when a personalised VIP offer is waiting for you.
If you prefer not to download an app, the mobile browser version works just as well. Open fbmemotion.vu on your phone and everything — including your VIP dashboard and support access — is right there without needing to install anything.
